this hotel is really nice, the staff were super friendly and made us feel so welcome. location was perfect for exploring the old quarter, and we loved the free breakfast buffet! so many choices like pho and egg benedict, all were delishhh. the room was comfy and clean, definetly a good place to recharge after a busy day.
only downside was the water heater in the shower, it was kinda inconsistent. also, not enough privacy in the shower area, could be awkward for some.

It all depends on your needs.
A warm welcome with personalized service turned our stay into a memorable experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of choices including a la carte options, making each morning delightful!
While the in-room shower lacked a changing area, the lack of this simple amenity might be a concern for some guests seeking greater privacy.

We had such a pleasant stay with the family! The staff were super friendly and helped us find nearby spots like the Hanoi cathedral and those delicious street food options. Khanh Le was amazing, offering great tips and checking in on us daily.
In my wife’s opinion, a play area for kids would be great.

Exceptional hospitality sets this hotel apart, with staff that consistently go the extra mile to ensure comfort. The breakfast buffet features an impressive array of dishes, capturing the essence of local cuisine, while the room provided a peaceful retreat with a very comfortable bed. One minor drawback is the limited space in the rooms, which may feel small for some guests, and the lack of a dedicated changing area in the shower could be an issue for those seeking more privacy. Despite these, the experience was largely fantastic.

Breakfast was a feast for the senses, showcasing a plethora of local flavors that left me yearning for seconds! The cozy space radiated with warmth, making it a delightful place to unwind after bustling Hanoi days. And a big shoutout to Emma, who went above and beyond to make our stay spectacular!
The shower did have a bit of a splash attack, but honestly, the water pressure was divine! And while service was incredibly attentive, it felt like plates were whisked away before I even had a moment to savor each bite.
